ABOUT YOGIDAD
A quieter way of being with our children
begins with how we are with ourselves.

THE STORY
“I did not become a yogi; I simply realised I was one. Parenting revealed it.”
I have always understood a yogi not as someone who renounces the world, but as one whose individual consciousness merges naturally with the universal. For me, this was never a quest, it was life itself. When my daughter was born, parenting came to me with the same quiet ease as my inner journey. There was no struggle to “manage” or “balance” - only a sense of presence, patience, and trust. Over the years, friends and fellow parents noticed this calm and asked how and why. I never had a pre-written answer; only stories, reflections, and an openness that seemed to help them see their own paths more clearly. This was the seed of YogiDad - A space where lived experiences meet awareness. Here, I share interactive and engaging journeys through courses, workshops, conversations and experiences — a way for others to return to the peace they already carry within. YogiDad is a space where your own answers rise naturally, through stillness, reflection, and presence. Whether you are a parent seeking more ease in your daily life, or longing for deeper calm, YogiDad is an invitation to pause and come home to yourself.

YogiDad isn’t a method.
It isn’t a framework.
It isn’t a better way to parent.
It’s a space shaped by lived moments of
the ordinary days, the rushed mornings,
the pauses that changed how those moments felt.
This page is not here to convince you of anything.
It’s here to let you know who you’re walking with.
PURPOSE
YogiDad exists to bring parents back to themselves.
The purpose of YogiDad is simple.
To slow down. And pause.
To create space for parents
to notice themselves first,
before trying to change anything else.
From that place,
parenting becomes less about doing
and more about being with.
