This Privacy Policy explains how YogiDad (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit www.yogidad.com, write to us, or pay for an online conversation.
We keep only what we need to run the session, take payment, and stay in touch. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect
We may collect:

Payment confirmation details from Razorpay, such as payment ID, amount, date, and payment status. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Session notes that you choose to share during or after a conversation.

Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, if our website or analytics tools record them.

Messages you send by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
We do not ask for medical records or sensitive health data as a condition of booking. If you choose to mention personal or family circumstances during a conversation, treat that sharing as voluntary.
How we use information
We use information to confirm bookings, send session links, process payments and invoices, respond to questions, improve the website, meet tax and legal duties, and, if you agree, send occasional notes about upcoming conversations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay handles card, UPI, net-banking, and wallet data on its own secure systems. Please also read Razorpay’s privacy policy. YogiDad receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, not your full payment-instrument details.
Cookies and similar tools
The website may use essential cookies so pages load correctly. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share information only when needed:

Children
Online conversations are intended for adults. A child should not make a payment or create a booking. If a parent brings a child into a session, that is the parent’s choice and responsibility. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing.
Storage and security
We store information on email, devices, and tools we use to run the practice, with reasonable care. No internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send passwords or full card numbers by email or WhatsApp.
How long we keep data
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, usually up to eight years. Enquiry emails that do not become bookings may be deleted sooner. You may ask us to delete information that the law does not require us to keep.
Your rights
You may ask us to share a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent for optional messages, or delete data we are not required to retain. Write to theyogidad@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you have read the revised policy.
