Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of www.yogidad.com and purchase of services from YogiDad, a registered partnership firm in India. By browsing the site or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

YogiDad operates from Goa, India. The registered office is in Goa, India. The full address is shared on the invoice or on written request. Contact: theyogidad@gmail.com, +91 9667209638. Payments are collected through Razorpay.

The service

At present, the paid service is an online conversation lasting 60 minutes, priced at ₹999 (INR) per participant, unless a different price is shown at checkout. The fee is for a facilitated conversation. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a childcare service. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are treated as inclusive of applicable GST unless a checkout page states otherwise. An invoice or payment receipt can be issued on request.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book and pay. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate.

Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after Razorpay shows a successful payment. 

  • You will receive session details on the email or phone number you provide. Please check spam folders. 

  • You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and joining on time. 

  • If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.

  • The meeting link is for the paying participant. Do not share it publicly.

Nature of the conversation

Conversations may touch parenting, presence, and everyday life. Participation is voluntary. You decide what you share. YogiDad does not promise a particular outcome. If you are in distress or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or session to harass, record without consent, or advertise unrelated services.

  • Copy, sell, or publish session content without written permission.

  • Attempt to interfere with the website, payments, or other participants.

 

We may refuse or end a session, without a refund, if these rules are broken.​

Intellectual property

The YogiDad name, website text, reflections, and session format belong to YogiDad. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. You keep ownership of what you say in a private conversation.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy on this website. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, YogiDad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed personal outcomes, or technical failures outside our control, including issues on Razorpay, your device, or the meeting platform. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Indemnity

You agree to hold YogiDad harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or content you share during a session.

Changes to the service or Terms

We may update offerings, prices, or these Terms. The version on this page on the date you pay is the version that applies to that payment.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Goa, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
